1. a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary depending on which billing option is taken.

3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" of apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" is notified, by conventional mail, electronic mail, or web site form, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of "SILVER-GIRLS.COM".

4. Subscription to "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" or Subscriber, upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone. Termination of access is effective 30 days from the most recent bill date, if the subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber. Termination of access is immediate if membership is revoked due to violation of this Agreement, or if the payment for subscription is denied by the billing processor, or if the initial payment is charged back.

5. "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" does not fully or continuously screen all indirectly-linked websites accessible through link-lists on its Links page. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly through the use of "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" Links page, prior to purchasing goods and/or services, engaging in discussions, viewing content, or following hyperlinks to other websites. Inappropriate or illegal content at linked locations should be reported to "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" ASAP to allow us to remove links as necessary.

You agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any and all messages and other communications which you submit to "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" directly can be read by the operators and/or other agents of "SILVER-GIRLS.COM", whether or not they are the intended recipient(s). You also agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any customers who sign-up, download and then ask for a refund, whether via chargeback or cancelled check transactions, will be listed in our "dead beats" list, which may include notification to credit agencies and/or publishing of name and other details pertaining to the individual. If you believe that you have a valid reason for refund of membership fees, you are encouraged to contact "SILVER-GIRLS.COM" with the details of your membership and details of your refund request. In the case of valid reasons for refund request, we shall assist you in obtaining a refund without effecting your credit rating or credit card 'chargeback' record.
